On April 28, 2015 — the consulting company "BMP Logic" announced project implementation of process optimization of the logistics (L) of Mayskaya mining company.
Project Tasks
The main objective of the BPM project in Mayskaya Group consisted in creation of target process of logistics. Experts of Mayskaya Group using consultants of Logic of VRM developed 11 models describing process of MTS on all its extent — from formation of requests of structural divisions for requirements of production and formation of the purchase plan before issue of goods from a warehouse, including control of execution of requests, signing of the contracts, goods receipt in a warehouse and other subprocesses of MTS.
Project Results
In a project deliverable "the owner of process", department of logistics, received the detailed instruction in the form of the ARIS model describing all interactions of different divisions of services within all process in the order: the basic functions and their entrance and output documents, roles of employees and IT systems supporting process of MTS.
Expertize of implementation of the simulated process of MTS on the 1C Platform of management of manufacturing plants 8, the main information system in Mayskaya Group is carried out. It was made by consultants for 1C of IT Group - they carried out expertize of documentary maintenance of process in an information system, made assessment on possible completions of functionality of standard version 1C of management of manufacturing plants 8 and created offers on use of standard reports for process execution control.
"According to the results of the project we received the detailed model of logistics of our enterprises describing all stages of this difficult process — Galina Pazushko, the head of department of organizational development of Mayskaya Group company told. — Further it will allow us to control timely accomplishment of all process steps of MTS from formation of requirements before issue from a warehouse in structural divisions of goods delivered by the supplier and that the most important, it will allow to control and optimize warehouse stocks and purchasing amounts".
"Earlier managers of Mayskaya Group managed not process of MTS and its results as did not see it entirely, and rather separate tasks within process and results of operation of applications which automated these tasks — Maria Kamennova, the CEO of Logic of VRM told. — Systemically it is impossible to improve processes in such situation. Therefore we always recommend to our customers to visualize in graphic model such difficult and expensive processes as processes of logistics that owners of processes saw how they can be improved".
