Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk region started the portal of informing on execution of orders of citizens

On April 28, 2015 it became known of the project of informing the population of the Novosibirsk region on accomplishment of orders of voters by deputies of Legislative assembly of the Novosibirsk region. Performed works in the project DIIRTT the Novosibirsk region.

Project Tasks

Execution of orders of voters of the Novosibirsk region – the joint project of department of informatization and development of telecommunication technologies of the Novosibirsk region, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Novosibirsk region, Legislative assembly of the Novosibirsk region. Its task - to automate monitoring of implementation of orders of voters of the Novosibirsk region and formation of the unified register of orders of voters of the Novosibirsk region in electronic form.

Project Results

"Now all are entered into the system, more than 2500 orders of voters, actions plans on their implementation  and also reporting information on constituencies and specific deputies are created, – Anatoly Dyubanov, the member of the government of the Novosibirsk region – the Head of Department of informatization and development of telecommunication technologies of the Novosibirsk region noted. – And the quantity of the executed, being in work and outstanding orders can be kept track both on single constituencies, and on specifically selected deputy".

The section on orders of voters contains the analysis of structure of orders by target programs, i.e. it is possible to open any target program and to look how many orders she solves by what financing sources expenses are covered.

The operator of a system the Ministry of Economic Development of the Novosibirsk region to which functions of control over introduction and formation of information are assigned. Technical maintenance and development of a system executes department of informatization and development of telecommunication technologies of the Novosibirsk region.
