On April 29, 2015 it became known of automation by Empire of the Personnel company of customer relations and coordination of work of 500 employees using Office 365 service. Technical support of the project – Platan LLC.
Project Results
20 managers of the central office "Empires of the Personnel" coordinate work of employees on 286 business objects. Before remote control caused certain difficulties:
- some tasks did not reach contractors,
- others were executed not in time,
- managers experienced difficulties with obtaining exact data on load of personnel in specific timepoint.
By means of use of Office 365 process of problem definition and control of execution is arranged, at the same time weekly meetings were reduced from one and a half to 20-30 o'clock minutes. Managers do not "hang" on phone, and coordinate work by means of e-mail. Technical capabilities help them to see a relevant picture: what masters under control of them are engaged in. Microsoft Exchange Online allows to do it in real time: when the task is carried out, the worker on the smartphone changes the status, and it is reflected in the screen of the monitor of the manager.

In the nearest future we are going to open representations in the Pskov and Leningrad regions, so not to do us without the automated management of people and information".
Office 365 helped with an issue of increase in efficiency of work with clients of the company. On the platform of the solution SharePoint Online which is a part of Office 365 service the uniform base of information on customers is created. Joint work of managers with information on customer needs and maintaining the general calendar helped to bring communication with customers to qualitatively new level.
