On April 28, 2015 it became known of upgrade of a visual communication system and the implementing solution Mind in Federal Treasury Department for the Chechen Republic for operational interaction with territorially isolated divisions.

The solutions of video conference used earlier did not satisfy requests of the organization in the relation, both the operation cost, and functionality. One of Mind selection terms - a possibility of broadcast of the presentation, diagrams and documents along with a video flow.

Project Progress

According to the results of testing Management purchased the perpetual license of server solution Mind and the server of multipoint video conference.

Project Results

For April 29, 2015 ten divisions of management located in the territory of the Chechen Republic including in hardly accessible mountainous areas, are united in a single network with head department in Grozny.

The visual communication system is transferred to the mode of day-to-day running. The project optimized communications between Management and its Territorial Offices and promoted to reduce the number of business trips of employees that repeatedly reduced finance costs by ensuring interaction in the organization without loss of quality of communication.
