NPF Engineering and Technology Service upgraded the system of normative accounting

On April 30, 2015 to CORUS Consulting Group was announced the project of transfer of a system of accounting in ""Engineering and Technology Service" scientific and production firm on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3, by the 1C: Accounting of edition 3.0 configuration.

Project Tasks

Accounting in ITS was performed in separate files of Excel and the tables MS Access. Need of transfer of accounting to a configuration "1C: Accounting 3.0" is connected with change of requirements of the tax law since 2015 regarding the reporting under the VAT. The new form of the declaration on the VAT requires providing records of Purchase ledgers and sales in the XML format.

Project Progress

The first stage of the project is carried out within one and a half months. Project commands executed integration with base of operational accounting "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.1" and start of accounting in a configuration "1C: Accounting 3.0" for formation and unloading of the Declaration on the VAT in 1 quarter by April 17, 2015.

Project Results

"Thanks to the project since May of the current year we completely refuse accounting in Excel. In the near future automation of material accounting and failure from maintaining tables of Access for cost accounting of a goods sold is planned. On April 16 we successfully handed over in the State tax inspection the declaration on the VAT in 1 quarter in time", - Vladimir Klementyev, the chief accountant of NPF ITS Ltd noted.

"Due to the lack of regulations and restrictions on input of transactions in base of operational accounting "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" with which integration was executed: it was required to change entry rules of primary transactions for the purposes of correct transfer in base "1C: Accounting 3.0" and reportings. Specialists CORUS Consulting developed rules of exchange between configurations 1C: MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT and 1C: Accounting, not entering standard deliveries", - emphasized Tatyana Kuznetsova, the senior consultant of the project from outside CORUS Consulting.
