The project on implementation of the 1C: Document Flow software product in Stroynovation company is complete

Works on creation of an information system began in June, 2014. In April, 2015 a system was put into commercial operation.

The decision of company management of Stroynovation on need of automation of a contracted work, processes of approval and control of requests for financing and transfer of paper office-work in an electronic system was the basis for creation of a system.

The following tasks were in addition set:

• Synchronization of end-to-end NSI with the existing accounting system. Treat end-to-end NSI: Partners, Agreements, Projects.
• Work with requests for financing and planned receipts of money

Desirable results of implementation of the unified information system were defined:

• Automation of the main business processes on work with requests for financing
• Automation of a contracted work
• Office-work automation
• Integration of EDMS with an accounting system, necessary for synchronization of end-to-end NSI
• Exception of duplication of transactions of input and data processing.

As the contractor of the project several candidates – partners of "1C company" were considered. A choice was made for benefit of Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company - the partner of 1C Company from the moment of the basis which projects enter in TOP-20 the largest implementations according to the rating of 1C.

The fact that the company could provide to the customer the optimal offer both on functions and architecture of EDMS, and on financial performance was a basic reason of the choice of Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company. Within the project subsystems were automated:

1. Office-works
2. NSI
3. Contracted work
4. Managements of requests for financing

In composition the unique control circuit requests for financings allowing to refuse paper technology of work with requests and planned payments of all employees was created. Basic functions of management of requests for financing are:

• Creation and primary filling of requests
• Creation of the register of planned receipts
• Approval of requests
• The approval by the management of registers of requests for a funds expenditure and planned receipts and transfer of the approved registers to financiers for further work.

Main project deliverables:

1. Control over target use of money is exercised online now.
2. All processes of approval, a statement, execution and acquaintance are executed electronically. All history of these processes is stored.
3. Texts and scans of agreements are stored in electronic form in a system. Time for search of the agreement, necessary for work, and its text was reduced several times and is no more than 30 seconds.
4. the overall effectiveness of accounting due to standardization of processes of work with NSI Increased. Possibilities of "zadvaivaniye" of partners, agreements, etc. are excluded.

"The main technical complexity of the project consisted in organizing seamless integration between EDMS and an accounting system without which the problem of synchronization of NSI could not be solved by method, convenient for users.
