BILLA started exchange of electronic documents

On May 4, 2015 it became known of start in 2015 in retail chain stores of BILLA of a chain of exchange of electronic documents, including the legally significant document flow (LSDF). Integrator in an implementation project E-com company.

Project Progress

The project is begun in 2013 with one document type. For May 4, 2015 in BILLA the chain of 6 documents is used.

According to project managers of implementation the EDI project is executed thanks to pacing factors – readiness of the legislation from FTS and setup of roaming between providers.

The new standard of the electronic invoice (EI) is entered in the middle of April, 2015. FTS issued MMB-7-6/93 @ of 3/4/2015, than changed a format.

Yulia Ryazanova, the Head of Department of technical support of E-com, told: "The structure of the ESF-file had volume text structures earlier and were transferred in one tag of the XML document, and now at each block the tag that significantly changed document processing speed towards increase".

In addition, in February of this year there was new edition of the order of FTS of 3/21/2012 "About the statement of formats of primary accounting documents".

For the retailer it is important amendments as EDI exchange of the company should conform to the European standards. The accounting system in BILLA is initially customized on the EANCOM/EDIFACT standard, and for ensuring receipt of data in a system it obliges to create data exchange using a number of standard EDI messages - Orders, Desadv, Recadv, Invoice.

"For the market this milestone event, - Eduard Kishkovsky, the head of a technical support team of department of integration of E-com company noted. – Now between all suppliers and large retail chain stores of Russia there was an opportunity to organize the automated process of delivery from the order to payment of account and to exclude paper from all document flow".
