1C-Rarus automated accounting in the Surgut dealer center "Sibkar"

May 5, 2015. The 1C-Rarus company announced automation of accounting in the Surgut dealer center "Sibkar" based on industry solution "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти".

Choosing a Solution

As an accounting and managerial system the company selected "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти" from 1C-Rarus developer.

Project Progress

The solution automated all cycle of tasks of preparation and car sale: from a design of a request of the client before formation of a packet of payment documents and transaction. At selection of the car a system shows a remaining balance in warehouses of a motor show and the next deliveries. Employees can also issue a reserve and renew the order. Account of the carried-out test drives is kept. In a system prerecording on repair with calculation of rough cost of services is implemented. Accounting of warranty and paid service is conducted separately. "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти" helps to control and fill up stock balance. The mechanism of calculation of requirements of a warehouse is performed on the minimum remaining balance, on the basis of sales of the selected supplier, analogs and statistics of sales are considered.

Result

Automation reduced time for customer service due to use of debugged mechanisms of work. A system integrated accounting of several types of activity of the center in uniform base that helped to optimize interaction of different divisions. Registration of the missed demand, quick access to any information and objective data on activity of the company create reliable base for effective management of the dealer center "Sibkar".
