"The cargo terminal of Pulkovo" implemented cloud ECM

On May 6, 2015 the Directum company announced DirectumRX implementation project in GT Pulkovo.

Project Tasks

For optimization of internal processes the management of GT Pulkovo made the decision on implementation of an ECM system. In the requirements list, shown to a system:

• process automation of office-work and contract management;
• fast start of work;
• 24/7 system availability;
• modern, user-friendly, clear interface;
• service and administration of a system by forces of vendor.

Project Progress

In December, 2014 in closed joint stock company "Cargo terminal of Pulkovo" the implementation project of cloud ECM- the solution began DirectumRX.

On the first stage before a team of the contractor there was a problem of process automation of office-work:

• registration of the entering, outgoing correspondence
• registration of internal organizational and administrative documents.

Project Results

On January 20, 2015 in a system the first users began to work.

The fast start of work is caused by ease of deployment of DirectumRX: the solution is delivered according to the SaaS model (software as service). The iterative approach to implementation applied by specialists of vendor assumes gradual expansion of functionality of the solution. Users work, gradually mastering new opportunities, and the project team at the same time receives an operational response about a system and, as a result, is guided by the main needs of the customer.

For May 6, 2015 50 employees of the company work with the solution. Advantages of implementation of DirectumRX:

• reduction of number of paper documentation
• processing acceleration,
• exception of losses of documents
• convenience of interaction between departments.

• All documentation in the company is registered on a centralized basis in a single system, the staff of office can trace the documents coming to other departments.
• Process of office-work became the most transparent and clear, heads had an opportunity to control execution of instructions.
• It became simpler to conduct a contracted work.
• Draft agreements form automatically using the configured templates, approval happens along strictly regulated routes, employees can quickly obtain necessary information on contractual documents of the company.
