Comstar-United Telesystems (Comstar-OTS) (Delta Electronics: Amplon RT)

May 7, 2015. The company Delta Electronics announced^[1] about implementation of the solutions for protection of base stations of the company Comstar-United Telesystems. The official distributor of Delta Electronics of Tempesto Group installed the single-phase equipment of series GAIA and RT: The GAIA-Series 1, 2 UPS, 3 kVA and RT-Series 5, 10 kVA, an also battery modules for them.

Choosing a Solution

Universal uninterruptible power supply units which would allow to carry out continuous work on protection of base stations were necessary for telecom operator. Delta Electronics UPSes perfectly were suitable for these purposes. Solutions met the main requirements of the customer – optimal price relation and qualities.

Accomplishment of all requirements Comstar-OTS, including compliance to technical specifications, an optimal ratio the price - product quality and delivery dates of the equipment, became guarantee of successful implementation of uninterruptible power supply units on base stations of telecom operator.

Single-phase Delta RT-Series UPSes with double conversion have the innovation compact architecture, differ in high power factor and small harmonic distortions of an input current. GAIA-Series are online of the UPS for the server which are also recommended for protection of network or telecommunication equipment. In the small body such features as uninterrupted protection and high power factor are combined (over 0.97). The technology of double conversion provides security blanket of the equipment 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
