On May 12, 2015 the AMT Group company announced the final of the project of development and deployment of a corporate system of unified communications and means of joint work at head office of Raiffeisenbank of Nagatino.
Project Tasks
Creation of a system was preceded by the upgrade of a core of telephone infrastructure of bank which is carried out by specialists of AMT Group.
By the beginning of the project the corporate system of telephony of the customer represented the complex infrastructure created on the combined platform of the equipment from different producers. At the heart of a system telephone exchanges from Nortel Networks worked. For ensuring picture telephony the solution based on Unified Communications Manager of Cisco Systems company was used.
Premises of upgrade of a system of telephony:
- lack of single infrastructure solution (whenever possible, from one producer),
- existence in the system of the components which are laid off and not subject to updating.

As a result - impossibility of development of a system, in particular, implementations of modern means of corporate unified communications and joint work of employees.
The bank made the decision on upgrade of a core of infrastructure of telephony by means of transition to use of the monovedorny solution. The upgrade purpose, in addition to standardization of the solution - a possibility of use of modern technologies according to business needs of Raiffeisenbank.
As the producer of the infrastructure solution selected Cisco Systems company. Existence in network infrastructure of Raiffeisenbank of products of this producer had an impact on the choice.
Project Progress
Organizationally the project was separated into two stages. At the first stage the core of a system of telephony and unified communications by means of updating and expansion of the available cluster of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, implementation of different services of unified communications and means of joint work is created. This core which components were distributed on two DPCs for ensuring fault tolerance of the services provided to them should become further a basis of a system of corporate communications between all staff of Raiffeisenbank. For increase in efficiency of interaction of employees providing means to them for holding of conferences with a possibility of joint work and the presentation of information by different methods, as a part of a core of a system deployed the solution Cisco WebEx Meetings Server.
The second stage of implementation - implementation of services of telephony and unified communications in workplaces of office "Nagatino" of Raiffeisenbank. This stage was broken into several periods, the employees combined on time with process of moving to office and the organization of their jobs.
Project Results
"Use of the unified solution of one producer in such financial institution of national scale as Raiffeisenbank, gives the chance to optimize operating costs of maintenance of a system. Further it will also allow us to implement new services of joint work with smaller costs", - Roman Murashkin, the head of department of technology infrastructure of Raiffeisenbank noted.

Use of modern technologies and solutions in the field of unified communications gives the chance of the fastest to react to any again arising business challenges", - Maxim Mamayev, the technical director of the company of AMT Group said.
