Mosdachtrest

JSC MOSDACHTREST is a universal successor of the state enterprise created in 1938 on the basis of the Resolution of the CEC and SNK USSR of October 17, 1937 "About preserving of housing stock and improvement of housing". Were transferred by the called resolution to the jurisdiction of country trust giving the liquidated country and construction cooperatives integrated by Mosgorzhilstroysoyuz and Mosgordachsoyuz. Throughout a long time frame of JSC MOSDACHTREST successfully manages country fund, services and leases the country real estate, including within joint programs with the Mayor's office and the Government of Moscow, municipal and government institutions, different commercial enterprises.
