On May 13, 2015 the SAP CIS company and JSC CB Rosinterbank announced the beginning of an implementation project of the SAP Sybase 365 Mobiliser platform for expansion of opportunities of bank regarding provision of services of mobile banking to individuals.
Project Tasks
For support of mobile and digital banking, the organization of remote customer service and carrying out payments online, the customer needed the innovation technology platform providing setup of the interface for different user groups depending on their experience and requirements – convenient to the pensioner and the student, the businessman. An important condition - a full compliance of the mobile platform to the new legislation on personal data protection.

It is expected that mobile service of Rosinterbank for individuals will allow to increase inflow of new clients by 15-20% annually, and a share of the clients using digital and mobile banking, to increase up to 60-80%. In the remote mode the majority of banking activities will be performed. By means of it the bank will cut down maintenance expenses in departments, will increase revenue due to sale of traditional products via the new channel.
