On February 1, 2017 the MegaFon company announced provision of services of communication of the Station of emergency medical service of the city of Vladivostok.

In accordance with the terms the contract, MegaFon company provided KGBUZ Skoraya meditsinskaya pomoshch g. Vladivostoka the channel for access to a global network to speed up to 100 Mbps, 6 communication channels with a speed from 4 to 12 Mbps for information transfer between substations of the edge center and also service of the mobile and fixed telephony.

Within the contract the mobile operator also provided to health facility the service of FMC (fixed-mobile substitution) integrating mobile and office telephone communication, 100 federal numbers of mobile radio telephone communication, 110 numbers with unlimited transfer of GPRS (APN) of data from navigation devices of carriages of "ambulance" and also from the tablets which are on their board. Using tablets the doctor can enter data on the patient in the electronic card of a call on site. It helps to reduce several times time of filling of documentation and to optimize work of medical crew.

2015

On May 14, 2015 the Megafon company announced the beginning of use by doctors of "The station of emergency medical service of the city of Vladivostok" of M2M-services of the operator.

Project Progress

Physicians use M2M technologies for information transfer from electrocardiographs in which SIM cards from the fax messaging activated by service are installed. Data from the device are transferred to a central station where the senior cardiologist of change quickly decrypts it and helps mobile team with diagnosis. For May 14, 2015 six ambulance crews use on departures of 15 Valenta electrocardiographs equipped with SIM cards of MegaFon.

According to the contract, MegaFon provides to the Station of emergency medical service the channel for Internet access on speed of 100 Mbps and six communication channels for information transfer between substations of the edge center.
