For the purpose of safe start of a product on production and for additional control of the developed products two degrees of the publication are used (Trial and Final). At the publication there is an additional verification of the recipe on its compliance to conditions of production. One of important conditions is existence of specifications on receiving the raw materials which are used in the recipe. After the final publication the product becomes available to production and after additional approval is included in the list of available products for sale.

Planning can be conducted in the automatic, semi-automatic and manual mode. A system will independently calculate required product quantity in a warehouse and if necessary automatically will plan it. Also a system controls production of the products requiring for production more than one working the day. The schedule system is closely connected with the system of booking for the guaranteed production of all taken orders. In turn planning is started also on the system of issue of raw materials, starting supplementary procedures of approval, when exceeding of the planned quantity. It closes "a black hole" of raw materials accounting, accurately tracing the reasons of a possible overexpenditure.
4. Process of accounting of accomplishment of technology transactions works strictly on the stated compounding and the planned quantity. Thanks to scanning of the entering components a system stores all production chain from the received raw materials to finished goods with the follow-up information about delivery. It considers expiration dates of the entering components and in some cases by production of the national teams of products, can vary in certain borders an expiration date of an end product. Workers can create own priorities of production with automatic mailing of required components by certain time to a certain place. When using paper technology (printing of recipes for production) registration procedure of return of the printed recipes is provided.

Quality control works as in the automatic mode, without allowing use of products, improper on an expiration date, and in manual allowing quality assurance managers to delay job lots of products before holding the certain procedures confirming compliance of quality. At negative results of the procedure of check, write-off of the rejected batches with further identification of the reasons of defects is provided. During detention of the end product expecting sending to the distant region the procedure of special approval for permission of sending a product and waiting of results of check already is provided in travel time of a product to a destination point. Considering that quality check in most cases takes place successfully, the similar measure of sending a product will help to save an expiration date. Timely quality control can significantly reduce costs for a withdrawal of products, and the unrolled process of registration gives the broad picture of production revealing problem zones or possible unfair suppliers of raw materials.

7. The module on accounting of invoices for payment controls balances on each client, providing convenient access by all orders and the related accounts. Creation of accounts can take place both in manual, and in the automatic mode on the basis of already shipped products. It is possible to move with a special tool already shipped products to other order or back on a warehouse with automatic creation of the credit account if a bill to order was already made out. For the large carriers distributing products to clients via the terminals in regions the procedure of automatic creation of accounts and their sending for e-mail in a PDF and XML format for their subsequent automatic loading on terminals of carrier is used. It is also possible to issue the account for transfer to the driver. For electronic transfer to clients of information on accounts the reports configured by EDI with an individual configuration are used.
