2019: Equipment of the hall of meetings multimedia complex

On February 13, 2019 the DeLight 2000 company announced project completion on equipment of the multifunction hall of meetings of NITU "MISIS". Within the project the company developed the technical concept of a multimedia complex, designed, executed delivery, installation and setup of the equipment.

Due to requirement of university for the big hall of representative level the management made the decision on creation of the universal hall of meetings in which it is possible to hold events of a different format – a conference, the congresses, meetings of the Academic council and administration, acceptance of foreign delegations, etc.

All complex of works – from development of the technical concept of the hall before setup of the equipment fell within the scope of its responsibility. Specialists of DeLight 2000 carefully studied all requirements of the management of university and feature of possible formats of actions thanks to what the universal multimedia complex including all systems, necessary for joint work, – information display, a soundtrack, a sinkhroperevod VIDEOCONFERENCING, the wireless presentations, record and broadcast of video, switching and management was created. Equipment selection was also caused by a problem of creation of a modern and reliable complex therefore specialists of DeLight 2000 turned on in the project the equipment Leyard, Taiden Extron Crestron, WolfVision, Meyer Sound, Biamp LifeSize Sonic Foundry.

The project provides different options of work with information. During the actions it is possible to display information from several sources at the same time on the big screen, to duplicate it on monitors of the panels of a congress system installed both on places of listeners and in presidium. These panels can be used for vote, electronic mailings of documents, for viewing and editing work materials and the agenda in a format of "paperless conferences". Participants of actions can communicate with remote users on VKS and ask questions performing with the help of the microphones which are built in congress system panels. For a video of actions the Mediasite Sonic Foundry system which is already actively used for record of lectures in educational audiences of university is provided.

As a fixed asset of information display the seamless LED Leyard TVF videowall of 7.2х2.7 meters in size and with a resolution of 2880х1088 pixels is used. Installation of this model is executed on an arc. For this purpose in DeLight 2000 developed the system of fastenings allowing to place modules so that the screen repeated the radius of one of premises walls, and at the same time the possibility of adjustment of LED modules in horizontal direction and verticals from the front side remained.

One of features of a complex is a wireless presentation system (BYOD) Cynap from WolfVision which allows not only to bring quickly to the big screen any files from any mobile devices of users, without downloading the application, but also to write and broadcast the presentation online in YouTube. For convenience of participants of the actions using mobile devices USB ports for charging of smartphones and tablets are provided.

Possibilities of transformation of a complex under this or that format of actions are provided. In particular, mobile places for presidium and a tribune. They can be rearranged in any order, to set only partially, or to remove absolutely. If the action does not assume use of a congress system, panels can be disconnected and taken out from the hall, at the same time all created settings will be saved at new connection. The work plan on an object was made so that as much as possible to use the vacation period and not to interfere with the educational process. As a result all project was executed for several months.

2015: Equipment of audiences audiovisual equipment

On May 14, 2015 the DeLight 2000 company announced project completion on equipment of educational audiences of the NITU MISIS Mining institute the audiovisual equipment[1].

Project Tasks

The university actively uses in educational process IT and AV technologies which work in most of line audiences. Tender for equipment of five audiences was won by DeLight 2000 in December, 2014.

Project Progress

The contractor performed all complex of works on upgrade of audiences:

  • development of the project documentation,
  • delivery,
  • installation and setup of the equipment,
  • tests
  • instructing of staff of service of operation of university.

Project works were performed during educational process and audience could be brought out of the educational diagram only for a small time frame therefore all installation works are performed in a short time.

Project Results

In each of five audiences the equipment as a part of which a projective system from a laser projector and the projection screen, a magnetic and marker board, the acoustic and microphone systems, a wireless presentation system, switching systems and managements is created.

Selection of the equipment is carried out according to terms of reference NITU MISIS, at the same time special attention is paid, both to functionality, and quality, convenience of operation to teachers.
