Biography

Sergey Altukhov was born in 1982 in Orsk, the Orenburg region.

Graduated from the Petrozavodsk State University majoring in "Automated information processing systems and managements".

Started a career in MTS company.

In 2007 Sergey Altukhov began to work in representative office of Microsoft in the Republic of Karelia, and in 2008 became the head of new division of Microsoft Rus LLC which opened in Murmansk

Since 2009 lives in Krasnodar where continued work in Microsoft till 2013 as the representative on work with key customers in the Southern Federal District and North Caucasus federal district. Was responsible for business development with the biggest corporate clients and state structures in the region.

Sergey Altukhov worked in Microsoft several years

Since 2013 worked in SAP company as the head of the sector on work with the enterprises of agro-industrial complex, and in 2014 became the sales director in the sector of retail.

At the end of April, 2015 the acting the governor of Krasnodar Krai Veniamin Kondratyev appointed Sergey Altukhov the acting as the vice governor of Krasnodar Krai. Since May, 2015 on the portal of regional administration Altukhov is registered as the deputy governor of Krasnodar Krai. In this position he supervises the industrial block, municipal services and transport in the region.

It should be noted that during the stay of Veniamin Kondratyev the deputy of the governor of Krasnodar Krai (in this position he worked till 2014), the administration of the region had close partnership with Microsoft. So, in 2006 the region signed with the company the letter of intent in a scope of IT, and in 2011 Microsoft was announced by the official supplier of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi in category of the software.
