For problem solving of control of construction projects and increase in efficiency of interaction between the organizations participating in construction, the Paragraph company developed the innovation SOTA software product. The program as much as possible conforms to market requirements and is created especially for domestic construction companies with complete understanding of specifics of project implementation.
SOTA allows to manage construction projects in real time, to control terms of execution of works and their financing on the basis of real documentation and the accepted tasks, turning management process into a simple and clear set of standard actions. At the same time information on a work flow on construction projects always near at hand – on the monitor of the computer or the screen of the mobile device.
the cross-functional SOTA system is integrated with all managerial programs (MS Project, 1C: Document Flow, 1S:USO, etc.). All necessary documentation is automatically synchronized in the programs installed at the user. Thanks to the new program process of document flow and approval on projects becomes simpler: users of SOTA do not have sense to keep huge paper archive and to spend time for document retrieval.
At the beginning of 2017 Sota announced that products based on its integration platform passed certification tests on compliance to requirements for information security of FSTEC of Russia. Obtaining the certificate of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control means that Sota conforms to requirements and can be applied to the confidential information protection which is not containing the data which are the state or trade secret.
In November, 2016 the System of interactive control of construction of SOTA developed by Paragraph company is included by the order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation of 11/8/2016 No. 538 in the unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases.
