Accounting documentation of Roszheldorproyekt is transferred to an electronic form

ELAR corporation completed digitization of accounting documentation of Roszheldorproyekt company and its branch – "Giprotransput". More than 180 thousand sheets were transferred to an electronic form.

By preparation of paper originals for scanning podokumentny sorting and marking by QR codes for the subsequent recognition and preserving in the system of electronic archive of the customer was carried out them. Digitization of documents was performed both in the territory of customer company, and in production management of ELAR corporation on planetary and document scanners. The planetary equipment of ELAR Planskan of the C2 series was used when scanning of the fastened documents which could not be disconnected. For the embroidered documents Skamaks ELAR high-speed line scanner 3000 providing digitization speed to 340 sheets a minute at high-quality preserving of graphic images was used.
