JSC Kubanenergo (Management of the distribution grid company)

Open joint stock company of power and electrification of Kuban (JSC Kubanenergo) — the largest electric grid company in the territory of Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea performing transfer and distribution of electrical energy by networks of 110 kV and below.

11 power grid enterprises are a part of power supply system (Krasnodar, Sochi, Armavir, Adygei, Timashevsky, Tikhoretsk, Leningrad, Slavic, Southwest, Labinsk, Ust-Labinsky). Total length of transmission lines reaches 90 thousand km. The area of the serviced territory — 83 thousand sq.km, population — more than 5, 5 million human.

The main objective of the company — to provide reliable and stable power supply of all consumers of Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea and also the growing needs of economy of regions for the electric power. JSC Kubanenergo is the largest taxpayer of edge. Participation of the company in social and economic life of the region is not limited only to tax deductions, it is performed also through employment of the enterprises of allied industries. So, about 80% of contract works for power engineering specialists perform the Kuban enterprises.

JSC Kubanenergo was faced by a task of development of automation of activity of records department of transport of the electric power and also functionality of accounting of agreements and requests. On a decision instant at the enterprise the third-party product in which the current activity was automated functioned. But this solution had a number of significant restrictions, namely, the base was not centralized therefore difficult and tiresomely to collect the summary reporting, the product reached the maximum in accumulation of functionality that did not allow to develop a system and to support the legislation.

With respect thereto the decision on replacement of an existing solution by the new platform was made. As it the solution of a line of 1C was selected: Power "1C:Enterprise 8. Power. Management of the distribution grid company". As the contractor looked for the organization having experience on similar projects and being leaders in the industry. The developer of industry solution of PKF Best Soft LLC was selected.

During the project the following works were performed:

• Examination of activity of all branches is conducted, and the report on inspection based on which the project solution on completion and implementation of an information system is developed is made
• Purchase of the software according to requirements of JSC Kubanenergo is carried out;
• Technical project development on a System;
• According to the project solution customization of an automated system according to features of business processes of JSC Kubanenergo is carried out;
• Training of separate groups on previously made and approved training program is provided.

Implementations "1C:Enterprise 8. Power. The management of the distribution grid company" allowed to solve the following problems:

• Formation of a useful holiday on different categories of consumers (including on which there were no events) for the period.
• Maintaining and formation of data on consumers and corresponding reference books (creation, accumulation and systematization of information).
• The automated formation of routes of control bypasses.
• Consumer analysis by different criteria of consumption.
• Accounting and control of electricity consumption at the level: the consumer – consumer TP – a feeder, a possibility of drawing up the pofiderny analysis (including network of 0.4 kV).
• An opportunity for work with acts on non-accounting, free-lance consumption, automatically to calculate acts according to a technique of the current legislation and also to accompany acts from the drawing up moment before payment and inclusion in a useful holiday.
• Formation of sheets of control removal on risk group, on the basis of non-admissions, acts on non-accounting consumption, not providing by consumers data on metering devices, etc.
• Maintaining the register of the street lighting containing pooporny information on lamps of street lighting, or single lamps with indication of the power of the lamp and a method of calculation for a possibility of status monitoring of street lighting and identification of free-lance lamps.
• Accounting and control of electricity consumption at the level: PS – acceptance issue on feeders, drawing up balances on PS and a feeder of TP with control accounting to the end consumer (for determination on what section of a chain there were commercial losses).
• Conducting control over dates of checking of metering devices of an intertesting interval.
• Receiving statistical, analytical and normative reference information;
• Creation of the full database in the single network providing an information access on the volume of electricity consumption by consumers of the sales organizations.

During the project it was automated the 500th jobs. A system is accepted in commercial operation since September 1, 2014.

The unified information system functioning in all branches, allowing to keep on a centralized basis reference books, to use uniform regulations of works and algorithms of calculations that in turn provides operational formation of the summary production reporting became result of works.

Also there is a wish to note that works were performed according to the agreement in time and it is functional according to technical specifications. At the moment a system is on maintenance at the company of the developer.
