JSC YuTEK-Regionalnye seti was created on October 10, 2007 within the reform of power industry undertaken in Russia. The company holds strategically important position in development of utility power industry of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. The importance of JSC YuTEK-Regionalnye seti is defined, first, by the fact that the company is a contractor of the Investment program on construction of power grid objects in the territory of the district, secondly, the fact that the company provides transportation of electrical energy to the end consumer.

At the beginning of 2014 the decision on implementation of an automated system of accounting of rendering of services on electric power transmission and accounting of technology accessions based on the software product "1C was made: Power. Management of the distribution grid company" which will replace earlier used software solutions. The contractor on project implementation selected PKF Best Soft LLC company - developer of a line of software products "by 1C: Power", the extensive experience of implementation of similar projects having high competences in automation of the companies of an electrical power complex and having.

By consideration of option of implementation of an automated system, the standard functionality of a configuration "was selected by 1C: Power. Management of the distribution grid company".

During the project the following works were performed:

  • purchase of the software;
  • training of staff of central office and service organizations of JSC YuTEK-Regionalnye seti in previously made and approved program;
  • data transfer from earlier used automated systems.

Implementation "1C: Power. Management of the distribution grid company" allowed to automate accounting of the main production units of the enterprise. As a result of project implementation the following functions were automated:

  • obtaining reports for contrastive analysis of an expense of the electric power on different sources (the consumer, RSK, ESK, etc.) in comparison with previous settlement the period;
  • storage of history of indications and replacement of PU;
  • calculation of indications for average daily consumption or consumption of same reporting period of last year, for the standard;
  • input of volumes of a useful holiday according to acts of non-accounting consumption;
  • determination of volumes of the released electric power taking into account the volume of losses;
  • maintaining network topology;
  • measure calculation of electric power distribution and power;
  • calculation of values of revenue, costs and other indicators of power and for services of transportation of the electric power;
  • report generation about drawn up and considered statements of non-accounting consumption in net electricity supply;
  • report generation about replacement of metering devices;
  • support of the technical document flow necessary for rendering of services on electric power transmission;
  • planning, control and analysis of replacements of metering devices;
  • forecasting and analysis of technical and economic indicators of power grid activity.

At the moment negotiations with PKF Best Soft LLC on customization of an automated system "1C are conducted: Power. Management of the distribution grid company".

A system is accepted in commercial operation since April, 2015. It would be desirable to note that works were performed according to the project schedule in time.

Today subsystems "Accounting of rendering of services on electric power transmission" and "Management of technology joining of consumers of the electric power" is on maintenance at PKF Best Soft LLC company.

Maintenance:

  • Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
  • Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
  • Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made

Description

  • User training on subsystems "Electric power transport", "Technology accession" is provided.
  • From the previous software products the structure of network on branches of the enterprise is loaded.
  • Integration into the 1C: Accounting 8 software product is implemented

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems

Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution:

Setup of the card of business processes "Accounting of requests for technology accession" and "Accounting of agreements on technology accession". Printed forms according to requirements of the Customer are added. Implementation
