Purpose of UK MV is creation of the effective mechanism of data exchange for federal, regional and local authorities.
The purpose of creation is fulfillment of requirements 210-FZ of 7/27/2010 "About an order of providing the public and municipal services" regarding sending and obtaining the electronic documents necessary for providing the public and municipal services including which are at the disposal of authorities.
UK MV provides double-sided interdepartmental interaction:
- Formation and sending outgoing interdepartmental requests to federal and regional executive authorities (a federal executive authority and ROIV) on the electronic services registered in SIEI.
- Receiving the entering interdepartmental requests from a federal executive authority and ROIV, local government authorities and the subordinated organizations.
In UK MV the procedure for granting in electronic form of municipal (state) services is implemented: reception of applications with EPGU and transfer of result of execution of service on EPGU.
