BUT "Fund of an overhaul of apartment houses in YaNAO" implemented a management system for an overhaul of MCD in the region

On May 18, 2015 the Etton company announced implementation of a software package of management of an overhaul of houses in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area.

Project Tasks

Capital repair along with works on the current operation of the house - a necessary measure for preserving of housing stock and providing favorable conditions for accommodation of citizens. The organization of repair work and their embodiment together with control over implementation of the long-term project and ensuring proper quality of informing citizens - a difficult technical and economic task for which solution specialized technology developments are required.

Project Results

For automation and structurization of work, control over processes of charge and expenditure of financial resources of owners for an overhaul, the Etton company implemented the unified information system of management of the regional program of an overhaul of houses in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area.

The software solution covers all sphere of the organization of an overhaul: from entering of electronic passports of houses into uniform base of housing stock of the region before delivery of the repaired object in operation.

Use of a system helped with the solution of a number of questions:

• the base of houses is structured and updated,
• long-term establishing shot of carrying out repair work is created and approved,
• the register of owners is created
• data on personal accounts of owners of property are entered.
• information openness of a system allows to receive in real time relevant data and to react quickly to the held events.
• the informational portal for citizens implemented within a complex helps to monitor balance of personal accounts of owners of property.
