SKB Kontur implemented the EDMS Kontur.Diadok in Rusfinance bank

May 21, 2015. The SKB Kontur company reported^[1] about system implementation of e-document flow of Kontur.Diadok in Rusfinance bank.

Earlier the cycle of document flow took about a month the company. Transition to e-document flow reduced this period to one day. Work with paper documents was long and labor-consuming. The producer sent electronic copies of documents to Rusfinance LLC. Specialists of the company checked them, verified, created payment orders on their basis. After approval the producer sent paper originals by mail. The company signed documents and returned copies of the supplier by mail. And at transfer documents could lose or spoil. Similarly document flow between Rusfinansom and dealers looked.

For system implementation of electronic document management of Kontur.Diadok the project team into which specialists of vendor and Rusfinansa entered analyzed the existing schemes. They revealed unnecessary stages which slow down passing of documents to exclude them upon transition to e-document flow. Then the command tested each step of document flow.

The company implemented assigned tasks: accelerated document flow, reduced costs for it, reduced quantity of errors, excluded loss of documents. Besides, now it is much simpler to it to submit documents to tax authorities as easily and quickly to find them in electronic archive.

Successful experience of transition to e-document flow of Rusfinansa promoted the solution of a task of the head company — to transfer business documents to an electronic form.
