"KS is Consulting" completed implementation of "Delo-Web" in the Government of the Republic of Khakassia

May 25, 2015. The KS — Consulting company announced implementation of EDMS in the Government of the Republic of Khakassia, based on the Delo-Web system.

Project History

In the Republic of Khakassia since 2001 the project of creation of a single system of electronic document management in executive authorities is implemented. A reference platform for workflow automation in the Government of the Republic, the regional ministries and departments is the EDMS "DELO" developed by EOS Group company. In the current year the Government of the Republic bought for the employees who earlier did not have access to a system, 50 additional licenses for a subsystem of "Delo-Web".

Choosing a Solution

Delivery of the software, training of IT specialists of the customer, methodical and technical support of the project are provided by KS — Consulting company, the partner of EOS Group in Western and Eastern Siberia. Works on system implementation were conducted by the customer's specialists independently.

Project Progress

The project developed step by step. Originally automation affected the staff of government office of RH. In 2006 jobs of EDMS "DELO" provided all ministries and departments, and since November, 2007 executive bodies of the government of the Republic passed to paperless document flow on key document types using the electronic signature.

Since 2009 all departments work in uniform EDMS with the general database. Jobs of EDMS "DELO" were also set in administrations of municipal districts. Providing all employees of executive authorities with access to EDMS and creation of conditions to go to technology of paperless legally significant document flow should become the end result of the project.

Result

As a result in executive authorities of Khakassia in EDMS more than 1000 users are registered, and about 200 more jobs are used in administrations of the RH municipal entities, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

Participants of EDMS are all officials – up to ministers and deputy heads of the Republic. In uniform EDMS the Governments of RH work not only the regional ministries and departments, but also other structures - for example, prosecutor's office, territorial departments of Ministry of Justice, Rosstat, TFCMI, etc. - i.e. those departments which interact with the Government of RH in the course of preparation and approval of regulations.

Thus, all executive authorities of the Republic of Khakassia and administration of municipal districts work with documents by the same rules, using the same information and documentary technologies today. EDMS "DELO" uses for workflow automation and legislature of the region – the Supreme Council of the Republic of Khakassia. In April of the current year the Supreme Council of RH also purchased additional licenses. They are intended for expansion of scope of a system in the office of the Supreme Council.
