Extreme: AIS Payment System of a Power Supply of School Students (AIS Power supply)

The AIS Power supply provides accounting and payment of a power supply of pupils and also settlings with suppliers of a power supply both means of parents, and budgetary funds, taking into account all features of budget process.

The purposes of creation of the AIS Power supply are:

• Significant reduction of cash flow in educational institution. Failure from collecting of money for an organized power supply (a complex power supply) through the staff of educational institution.
• Increase in transparency and accountability of accounting of volume and cost of the services rendered by catering services.
• Transfer of money (parent and budget) to personal accounts of pupils within the account of educational institution, but not into accounts of catering services. Payment to catering services is executed for actually rendered service.
• Providing up-to-date and detailed information to parents (legal representatives) about a power supply of pupils and about a status of the individual personal account.
• Increase in efficiency of expenditure of subsidies of regional and municipal budgets for grants for a power supply of pupils.

In the AIS Power supply the electronic document management between participants of process providing exchange of applied documents and the procedure of their approval is organized legally significant (using the electronic signature).

In the AIS Power supply for each pupil the personal account on which all debit and credit transactions on parent and budgetary funds are considered is kept. Accounting as organized power supply (a complex power supply for budgetary and parent funds), and an unorganized power supply is supported (the free choice in buffet and on distribution).

For identification of pupils in a control system of accounting of access on an input to school (the ACS, tourniquets) and on terminals of accounting of a holiday of products in buffet/distribution (within an unorganized power supply) proximity plastic cards are used. Proximity plastic cards are only identifiers and are not used for payment transactions. Accounting of presence of pupils at educational institution and primary information for formation of the request for an organized power supply are based on data from ACS with which the school systems are integrated.

Daily educational institutions and catering services create, direct and approve via the AIS Power Supply of the Menu, requests for a power supply, daily reports and acts.

Payment to catering services is made once during the predetermined period on the basis of acts for the period, the accounts and other supporting documents, necessary for payment, which automatically form in the AIS Power supply.

The AIS Power supply provides formation of required reporting materials for the centralized accounting of areas, catering services and financial bodies of municipality. In a system agreements (agreements) between catering services and educational to organizations are also kept. Replenishment of means of pupils is performed by parents in the advance mode: using receipts which can be printed in a system, through Internet bank, via terminals of payment agents. The AIS Power supply supports mechanisms of control of debtors: stop-lists on an organized and unorganized power supply form. If on the account of the pupil of money it is less, than the predetermined limit, then the pupil is included in the corresponding stop-list and is not allowed to this or that type of a power supply. On an organized power supply a power supply on credit during the predeterminated number of days is allowed, on unorganized a power supply on credit is not allowed. The mechanism of limits of means which the pupil can spend in day for an unorganized power supply is also provided in a system (in buffet / on distribution).
