P2P network of unified communications of Symway (P2P UCN Symway) — technology of creation of the systems of unified communications on the basis of the principles of P2P (peer-to-peer) architecture in which each node is independent and provides the resources for use by other nodes.
Unlike solutions, it is uncontested constructed by the principle of the client-server architecture, Symway allows to provide ease of scaling of network, high degree of its fault tolerance, a geographically-distributed structure of devices, mobility of employees.
For September, 2018 development and support of all hardware and software system Symway is conducted by JSC Lintekh together with its subsidiary company Simvey LLC.
2018: Office phone with functionality of full-fledged mini-automatic telephone exchange
In June, 2018 information on what the Russian company "Simvey", the resident Skolkovo, created on own statement, the first-ever office phone for which for work in corporate network classical automatic telephone exchanges, servers or clouds are not required appeared. Each of these devices which received the name Symway P2P Phone functionally represents independent mini-automatic telephone exchange. At their consolidation in network the principles of so-called peer-to-peer (peer-to-peer) architecture are implemented[1].
In a P2P network there is no central element which failure could bring down all system entirely. Therefore such network of equal elements phones, unlike any embodiments of the classical client-server architecture, represents much more stable system and has no restrictions on scaling.
For June, 2018 phones gather in Russia from imported electronic components, but negotiations on a possibility of use of otchechestvenny Baikal processors are already conducted. At emergence of the necessary "iron" produced in our country are ready completely for it to pass into Simvee.
Technical Symway P2P Phone parameters
The first fully working pre-series samples of peer-to-peer phone were presented at the CeBIT exhibition in the German Hanover. The Symway P2P Phone F12 model is designed in stationary execution, assuming connection with a local network on wires though developers also consider the possibility of emergence in devices of mobile modules (for example, Wi-Fi) in the future.
Phone has a tube and the headset, in it the full-duplex public address system is implemented. On outer side of the device there is a color touch LCD screen with a diagonal of 5 inches, with the resolution of 854x480 pixels and color of 24 bits in depth, with a tach-panel on five simultaneous contacts.
For work in the local area networks the device is equipped with two ports RJ45 Ethernet 10Base-T/100/1000Base-TXStaticIP and supports technology of differentiation of traffic for DHCPQoS service priorities. Phone supports the SIP (RFC3261) and IAX2 protocols. Uses G.711, G.729, GSM codecs and also broadband G.722, iLBC, Speex, Opus. It is expected "transport" of UDP, TCP, TLS. The standard of a power supply is PoE IEEE 802.3af.
Symway P2P Phone is capable to write a talk and has the built-in virtual fax server. The used standard of a power supply — PoE IEEE 802.3af.
2015: Start of technology
On May 15, 2015 the Lintekh company (Laboratory of Information Technologies Ltd) announced start of technology on which the staff of the company worked more than four years — "A P2P network of unified communications of Symway" (P2P Unified Communications Network Symway, P2P UCN Symway).

As transport for creation of such network TCP/IP network is used. Remote devices can be connected via the Symway VPN-Server portal, or through own VPN tunnel of the company. Thanks to technology of a P2P network Symway, any user tied to any device (feast) can use resources and communication channels of all network Symway.
Interaction of all devices happens in corporate network of the enterprise
Based on technology Symway Halo devices, being full-fledged IP PBXs and nodes of a P2P network of unified communications of the enterprise were made. The equipment has a full range of interfaces for connection to the PSTN — to public telephone networks (FXO, E1/T1/ISDN PRI), analog phones and faxes (FXS), has entry into GSM networks, supports work on TCP/IP of network with the SIP accounts of IP-telefonii providers and IP phones and softphones working under the SIP protocol. The user of Symway can easily create the system of communications, having selected a set of devices under the tasks and requirements, having independently configured the Symway network.
Symway Halo Hybrid SE1603 – the hybrid IP PBX. One block supports 12 FXO, 48 FXS, 100 double talks, 200 IP phones and softphones. The number of blocks in a system is not limited.
For example, for creation of network of corporate telephony and unified communications of the large company with an extensive branch network, it is enough to install the equipment Symway with required interfaces in the necessary divisions. After the minimum settings all devices will be united in a cluster — corporate network of unified communications. Thus, each user will be able to use functionality and communication channels of all integrated devices, regardless of a binding to the node.

From the economic point of view, the technology allows to unroll the full-fledged systems of corporate telephony and unified communications for business and government institutions of any scale without purchase costs and maintenance of operability of the server hardware, telephone exchanges or regular payments for use of services of cloud PBX.
