May 20, 2015. The ATK consulting group reported[1] about end of a pilot project of system implementation of the business analysis of QlikView on the Vladimir Bread-baking complex [2]. Within a pilot project the analytical application on sales was implemented and the decision on further work with the QlikView system is made.
Choosing a Solution
In the conditions of the dynamic market, change of consumer preferences, the companies it is necessary to make quickly and accurately decisions on changes in assortment policy, is weighed to adjust production plans. The system allowing to operate with large volumes of data and to carry out the analysis of any complexity with detailing up to the cash voucher is for this purpose necessary. For the solution of these analytical tasks of JSC Vladimirsky hlebokombinat the QlikView platform was selected.
Tasks
Formation of interactive sales reports on the basis of these several managerial systems (1C of management of manufacturing plants 8.1, 8.2) and additional data sources (files of the DBF, XLS format) was the main objective of a pilot project. The choice of one knowledge domain, was caused, on the one hand, by desire to receive specific alienable results which can be used in business, on the other hand — desire to limit a project framework, having guaranteed an accurate adherence to deadlines. For data acquisition from 1C systems of different versions within a pilot project the product "ATC of QlikView 1C Connector" developed by ATK consulting group was used. Use of this product, allowed to minimize participation of 1C programmers in the course of implementation. Support of specialists of ATK consulting group allowed to make implementation quickly and qualitatively.
Project Progress
The project started in March, 2015, and already by the end of month results which validated the choice of the analytical platform were received. Within a pilot project the analytical application allowing to make plan-fact data analysis about sales in randomly the set intervals in different cuts of analytical signs of goods and clients, sellers, trade organizations was created. Operational (daily) calculation and demonstration of key economic indicators of sales managers is made.
