Carrying out independent migration of a card portfolio of Mir payment system and portfolios of MasterCard and Visa payment systems and also switching of acquiring traffic of three payment systems at different times of one trading day became at once the experience got by project teams of PTs "KartStandart" and bank in implementation process of the project. Such approach allowed to reduce significantly time of unavailability of services according to cards and in devices of each of payment systems.

In addition, joint efforts with MasterCard and Visa payment systems implemented switching Apple Google of Pay and Pay services of JSB Rosevrobank so that to save activity of the cards which are earlier connected to mobile services and to provide their working capacity on new processing without rerelease. Such case became the first experience not only for a command of PTs "KartStandart", but also for payment systems.

Service of issue and acquiring of cards of Rosevrobank on PTs "KartStandart" under the license of Sovcombank became a project deliverable.

2016

The BPC Processing company, full-function processing center as a part of BPC group, announced at the beginning of a year a possibility of issue of payment cards of national payment system "Mir" based on an external processing center. JSB Rosevrobank became one of the first banks which implemented the present possibility. Within cooperation with a processing center the bank started implementation land and Internet acquiring of the World cards earlier.

According to representatives of a processing center, "Processing" provides to BPC services of processing based on an outsource model, allowing financial institutions to control completely the payment business, to connect modern services and products at the minimum investments. In addition to classical model of external processing of plastic cards the company offers opportunities in the field of risk management, prevention of fraudulent transactions, support of complex schemes of loyalty and affiliate programs, e-commerce, r2r-transfers, integration of different channels of delivery of services and implementation of end-to-end systems of self-service.

On May 21, 2015 it became known of transfer of operations of Rosevrobank bank with payment cards to a processing center of BPC Processing company^[1].

Project Progress

For optimization of a line of card products Rosevrobank carried out the project of transfer of payment card transactions to a processing center of BPC Processing company.

Project Results

Transfer of transactions to a new processing center allowed bank to save the previous level of fault tolerance of processing of operations with cards and to offer clients new services:

• Internet acquiring,
• trade acquiring,
• transfers from the map on the card,
• connection of SMS bank in ATMs,
• repayment of overdrafts via ATMs with function of acceptance of cash
• others.
