The Beorg Digital-agency submitted in the spring of 2015 the complex software of BeScan on processing of personal and biographical particulars for network retail and the banking sector.

BeScan is a product in the market of scanning and processing of questionnaires, documents and personal data.

When developing wishes of customers were considered: turn routine processing of documents into fast and effective, capable to save time and money of clients.

Toughening of the legislation in the field of collecting, storages and personal data processings in the Russian Federation imposes additional obligations on all companies which are going to use personal customer information in the business. Any loyalty program often is built on personal data that allows to segment the customer base for the most productive work.

For this reason large network retailers address the checked companies on processing of biographical information. As only the licensed and accredited companies can work with personal data. In Russia there is actually only company which is focused on data processing, questionnaires and documents. This agency on the equipment of programs of loyalty Beorg. The algorithm of use of the program is very simple: documents are scanned using any scanning or multi-function printer. After test use the Sportmaster network installed the BeScan program more than in 400 shops. It allowed to increase twice data processing rate and to completely cut down expenses on delivery of questionnaires.

Especially there was a wish to note that processing of the Chinese hieroglyphs through BeScan was cheaper and more high-quality, than through the Chinese contractors.
