Navicon NAV To Go

NAV To Go is a product for automation of accounting, tax and managerial accounting of medium and small business.

On May 26, 2015 the Navicon company announced completion of development of NAV To Go. According to the statement of the company, implementing solution at the SMB enterprise will take no more than 6 weeks.

The software technology will help the staff of financial services to keep accounting and tax accounting in a single system, to receive the convenient tool of the analysis of financial data, to simplify work with customs declarations (SCD), to quickly prepare the reporting for state bodies, and to heads - to make management decisions on the basis of relevant analytics.

Using NAV To Go the small companies will be able to avoid need - to adhere to standard approach to implementation. NAV To Go completely ready-made product excluding from the project of a stage of the analysis and setup of a system from "zero", transfer to trial operation that significantly reduces terms and implementation cost.

NAV To Go is developed on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform, has functionality of the ERP system. In the solution the preconfigured chart of accounts on the basis of which specialists of developer held testing of recognition of the main standard transactions is used, made user-friendly instructions for registration them in a system.

One of properties of the program: a possibility of maintaining an unlimited number the analyst, necessary for data analysis which list users can make and enter into a system independently.

In a system accounting and tax statements with a possibility of formation of the electronic file in the .xml format for transfer to FTS on communication channels are configured. For convenience of work the additional functionality is created:

• special form of the reconciliation statement,
• the turnover balance sheet in currency,
• possibility of input of the expanded activity description (for example, in English),
• the simplified work with a SCD in purchasing documents.
