Description
Emetal LLC is engaged in production of building metal constructions.
1/15/2013 the company purchased software "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise". Due to the development and expansion of the company, the management decided to purchase in addition of software "1C:MES Operational production management 8".
This joint solution having a possibility of use with software "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise" is intended for management of production processes at the shop and intershop level, solutions of operational production tasks and increase in management efficiency and control of a production process.
The software product allows to create (proceeding from the current production situation) and to provide execution optimized by the set criteria of the operational step-by-step production schedule, taking into account restrictions (availability of production resources, conditions of the precedence of transactions) synchronized between the different divisions participating in a technology production process.
Functionality of the solution allows to program each production phase, to monitor failures and to quickly eliminate them. The possibility of forecasting of the diagram of production taking into account a deviation from regulations allows to calculate most precisely time necessary for order fulfillment.
At integration of the solution control functions by production with the diagram of production (detailing before transaction) and also solution module 1C:MES Operational production management were automated.
In the company 10 jobs are automated. The company plans further development.
