Rosseti completed implementation of the accounting system

On May 26, 2015 it became known of implementation in IT infrastructure of RK DZO JSC Rosseti of the information system Stek-Energo from Stack company.

Project Tasks

The Rosseti group determined by main objectives in power sales activity:

  • increase in efficiency of power sales activity, including achievement of 100% of level of collecting of money in retail markets of the electric power,
  • implementation of customer-oriented approach, providing the high level of service for consumers when rendering services,
  • full automation of settlings with consumers on the unified algorithms and techniques within the current legislation,
  • reduction of total cost of ownership of the applied technologies.

The task force of GP North Caucasus federal district and RK DZO JSC Rosseti selected the product Stek-Energo for fall forward of data processing, ensuring unification of algorithms of calculations and automation of settlement transactions, considerable reducing costs for maintenance of an information system from desire to achieve effective objectives.

Project Results

The project is complete within four months. A system is used the 970th persons.

According to the results of implementation and operation of Stek-Energo, in 2014, results are achieved:

  • a common information space in five power sales Societies is provided;
  • unification and transparency of algorithms of calculation at service of physical persons and legal entities;
  • full automation of settlings with consumers, exception of manual transactions;
  • increase in the service level of clients due to implementation of instruments of self-service of subscribers:
    • in the Personal account,
    • Internet acquiring;
    • SMS mailings, etc.

  • considerable decrease in receivables due to automation of process on work with debtors;
  • reduction by 8.5 times of housekeeping overheads of an information system;
  • increase in data processing rate and transition from replication to work in the single database in real time;
  • opportunities for modification of a system by forces of own staff of engineers;
  • economic return on acquisition of a program-hardware complex in 12 months;
  • reduction of losses between purchase and implementation of the electric power for 64%.
