LANIT Volga region provided services of IT outsourcing for business centers of Nizhny Novgorod

June 01, 2015. The LANIT Volga region company signed the agreement with Infoservice company on maintenance of telephone equipment of Avaya in business centers of Nizhny Novgorod "Hillocks Business the Park" and "Rodionova – 23".

The Infoservice company provided to tenants telephone services and the Internet. For the purpose of cost optimization on hardware maintenance and guaranteeing its smooth operation the management decided to give technical support to outsourcing and signed the agreement with the LANIT Volga region company having wide experience and the high level of competence of the solution of similar tasks.

Specialists LANIT Volga region executed remote diagnostics of the arising problems, carried out correction of settings of the equipment Avaya and the software, optimized its work according to the customer's tasks, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
