Project Tasks
NPP Spectec begins creation of a system of ensuring operation of the universal ice breakers of project 22220 which are under construction at Baltic Shipyard. A system is created on the basis of the software package TRIM.
Work on creation of a system of ensuring operation of ice breakers (SEL) is performed within the delivery agreement of the automated control system for technical means (APCS) for the new universal atomic ice breaker of project 22220. The customer of a system of Baltic Plant Shipbuilding LLC, the supplier – JSC NPO Avrora Concern. NPP Spectec company - the collaborator of "NPO Avrora Concern" regarding development and delivery of SEL.

As a basis of SEL TRIM the software product of a class EAM/MRO, developments of Scientific Production Enterprise is selected Spectec.
Appointment of SEL – the automated information processing, connected with processes of maintenance and repair of technical means of the ice breaker, ensuring planning and control of works on maintenance and repair, accounting of resources necessary for this purpose and also management of administrative activity of the ice breaker.
Project Progress
As of June 2, 2015 the license for 9 users of TRIM for the head ice breaker of project 22220 is delivered to the customer, and works on creation of a system are begun.
Are a part of works on creation of a system of ensuring operation of the ice breaker:
- creation of the work documentation on a system,
- filling by information of the SEL database,
- creation of the converter for integration of SEL with an APCS of the ice breaker,
- installation,
- commissioning and acceptance tests of SEL on production base of "NPO Avrora Concern",
- training of users of SEL,
- participation in mooring and ride tests of a system on production base Baltic Plant Shipbuilding LLC.
