System Sensor point fire annunciators IP212-58M of the ESO series

ARMO-Systems announced in June, 2015 the point fire annunciators IP212-58M of the ESO series of production System Sensor which are intended for detection of ignitions in premises as a part of not address fire alarm systems. New smoke announcers treat devices of optical-electronic type, have original construction of a dymozakhod and the horizontally ventilated smoke chamber, and perform the analysis of air on existence of zadymleniye by assessment of its optical density. Besides, IP212-58M have the attractive price in comparison with analogs and are certified on compliance to requirements of the Technical regulation of fire safety (Federal Law No. 123) and GOST P 53325-2012.

Shielding of the printed circuit board does new smoke System Sensor devices steady against influences of external electromagnetic interferences, including noises from cellular communication, and due to sealing of a payment a polymeric covering they are reliably protected from moisture and the subsequent corrosion. Other important structural element which is used by announcers smoke is the close-meshed grid on all openings of the body for protection against penetration of insects. It should be noted that for transportation of IP212-58M or during repair indoors the producer recommends to close annunciators special plastic covers which are included in the delivery.

It is considerable to reduce influence of dust and fine air pollutions on the accuracy of operation of IP212-58M a number of design features of the device, including a special form of a dymozakhod and application of the horizontally ventilated smoke chamber allows. At the same time, new point smoke announcers use the software tools of compensation of a zapyleniye implemented based on the processor which reduce the probability of false operations too. It is important to note that IP212-58M can work from power sources with tension from 8 to 30 V as a part of the different systems fire and the security fire warning.

One of advantages of the smoke IP212-58M models is presence at them of the two-color (green/red) sense light of a status. At the same time the red LED has the light guide with the wide angle direction characteristic and the high brightness of a luminescence in the Fire mode therefore it will be visible from any point of the premises. Periodic blinking of the green indicator indicates that smoke annunciators work in a standby mode, and its absence — about fault of the device or problems in a loop. Besides, both built in annunciators of a LED receive the stabilized current thanks to what brightness and intensity of their luminescence does not depend on differences of supply voltage.

Simple installation of IP212-58M is performed on the basic basis of E1000R (with the resistor) or E1000B (without resistor) which do not allow to remove these smoke sensors without special tool. Similar acceptance provides also additional reliability of fastening if smoke annunciators work in the conditions of permanent vibrations. Quickly to set or remove these annunciators from height to 5 m without use of a ladder, System Sensor suggests to use the HR-1000 remover with a telescopic bar of XP3, and to make check of their working capacity using the laser tester (LT).

The universality of smoke ECO IP212-58M devices allows to use them not only within fire alarm systems of stationary objects, such as premises of shopping complexes, hospitals, schools, subway and also on rolling stocks of electric trains, etc. At the same time smoke annunciators can work at external temperatures from – 30 °C to + 70 °C, and their time between failures exceeds 450,000 hours or 50 years in the mode of continuous work. Similar utilization properties have not only the new annunciators System Sensor, but also other devices of this producer.
