Navicon implemented the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system in Festool company

June 2, 2015. The Navicon company announced the beginning of development and system implementation based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Festool subsidiary company in Russia – TTS Tultekhnik Sistems LLC.

The central office of the company already uses in the work the solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. With the help of CRM control of customer interactions and activity of sales representatives is automated. The company management of "TTS Tultekhnik Sistems" made the decision to implement the similar solution and to create an analysis system of customer relations – the distribution companies prormoting Festool production in Russia. Besides, the solution will be used for control of work of regional representatives of "TTS Tultekhnik Sistems".

As the contractor of the project the Navicon company, one of the leading Russian integrators specializing in development and deployment of solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform was selected. The task in the shortest possible time to develop and implement the solution similar to what is used at head office of Festool company is set for Navicon. At the same time it is necessary to consider specifics of work in Russia connected with a geographically-distributed structure of the company, local features of logistics, financial statements, etc. In addition to the staff of Navicon, specialists of TTS Tultekhnik Sistems company also participate in implementation of the project: key users of the created system and heads of the interested structural divisions.
