JSC Tulamashzavod Implemented a System Parus for production management

Project Objective

Increase in effective management of costs and optimization of volumes of work in progress due to increase in accuracy of planning and accounting at all enterprises of holding.

Project Progress

Within the first stage of the project start in the pilot mode on machine-building production of an automated system of volume and calendar and operational planning, end-to-end accounting of the movement of kits of parts and assembly units (DSE) took place. Thus, automation affected all processes – from write-off of materials and PKI before delivery of ready DSE and products. As a result of the performed works the quality of information on work in progress increased and the possibility of the operational analysis and optimization of its volumes appeared.

At the moment about 30 employees from among ITR and shop personnel are involved in work with a software package. Using an automated system of operational accounting and planning in production based on software "Parus — Enterprise 8" are configured:

• mechanism of formation of the annual production plan of production and monthly plans of a mashproizvodstvo;
• calculation of diagrams of start/release of DSE of own production;
• calculation of materials requirement and PKI for a month.

On the basis of design data in a system orders of divisions and the plan of giving of procurements by procurement production form. The procedure of the automated formation of limit and intaking cards, accompanying cards on a batch of DSE, delivery notes on transfer of Inventories and other documents of intra production accounting is implemented. Thanks to registration in accompanying cards of the fact of execution of operations and formation of delivery notes on movement between divisions suppliers control of the movement of batches of DSE in production is provided.

Besides, integration of software "Parus — Enterprise 8" into the Search system (import of the normative reference information) and the system of an inventory control is implemented (import of the materials and PKI given on shipment on the created limit and intaking cards from the central warehouses of the enterprise to storerooms of a mashproizvodstvo), representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

Development Plans

In the closest plans of JSC Tulamashzavod – implementation of the second stage of the project including:

• use of the configured mechanisms of intra production accounting in other productions of the company;
• automation of accounting of the movement DSE between JSC Tulamashzavod and subsidiaries;
• automation of cost accounting of production regarding material costs.
