The following tasks were set:

• Increase in processing speed of documents in the company due to automation of registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence.
• Increases in convenience of search and access to documents;
• The organization of the uniform structured space for document storage;
• Possibility of the protected remote access to corporate information.

The short description — Characteristic of the solution:

As the company locates own staff of the qualified IT specialists, the decision to implement EDMS by own efforts was made. At the same time the BTLab company - the certified partner of DocsVision LLC having wide experience of implementation and technical support of EDMS Docsvision - was attracted to consulting support in the system implementation course. Specialists of BTLab provided the general methodological support of the project and also the qualified technical advices at all stages of implementation of EDMS, including inspection of processing of documents, preparation of the project documentation, installation, setup, adaptation and trial operation of EDMS Docsvision. Besides, specialists of BTLab trained administrators and key users of EDMS in work with a system.

System implementation of Docsvision allowed to organize the centralized structured storage of documents with a possibility of quick search, to increase the level of performing discipline due to implementation of mechanisms of control, to minimize risks of loss and unauthorized access to documents, to provide remote access of employees to corporate information, to sharply reduce paper document flow in the company.

Increase in processing speed of documents in the company due to process automation of the work with organizational and administrative documents, requests entering and outgoing correspondence became a project deliverable. Means of the automated control of performing discipline are implemented, the convenience of search and access to documents is increased, the uniform structured space for document storage is organized. What is important, the possibility of the protected remote access of employees to corporate information is provided.

All tasks designated within the project were carried successfully out by joint efforts Biogard and BTLab: the solution created on the Docsvision 5 platform fully meets the delivered requirements. Use of modern information technologies in the field of document flow Biogard will allow to accelerate significantly an output to the market of new products and to strengthen the image of dynamically developing innovative company.
