Administration of the Miass city district (DocsVision (EDMS/ECM system))

Implementation of electronic document management in city administration was caused by need of streamlining of document flow, increase in level of performing discipline. As the contractor the HIT-Service company which is the leader in local market of implementation of EDMS was selected. The solution automates registration and further processing of incoming documents and addresses, preparation of answers to citizens and the organizations, approval and registration of resolutions and internal documents of Administration. Use of EDMS Docsvision allows to increase the level of performing discipline of staff of Administration and to conform to requirements of the legislation for operating time over citizens' appeals.
