Product "FIREPLACE: Public catering. Version 3.0" it is intended for automation of restaurant business, catering establishments: restaurants, dining rooms, cafe, bars, buffets, fast-food establishments, including small workshops on production of semi-finished products and finished products and also catering establishments where a power supply is organized on the regulated menus: boarding houses, sanatoria, kindergartens, school cafeterias, children's recreation camps, etc. The solution provides automation of a back office of the enterprises.

Features and program capabilities:

• multicorporate accounting - maintaining in one information database on several organizations;
• accounting of food in different packagings and packing;
• accounting of receipt, write-off, release and product sales and food;
• maintaining lists of compoundings and technology of preparation of dishes according to collections of compoundings or technical process charts;
• accounting of seasonal coefficients at flow calculation of raw materials, an exit of semi-finished products and finished products;
• formation of calculation cards of dishes for any period;
• maintaining the list of ingredients of dishes including both products, and other dishes – with any degree of enclosure;
• accounting of interchangeability of products in production (analogs of ingredients);
• formation of documents and specialized reports (the plan menu, the menu, the price list, the branded report, calculation to the order for production of products, the write-off order, the commodity report, the sheet of receipt of products on suppliers, accumulative sheets on arrival and an expense of food, the report on consumption rates of products for one koyko-day, a comparative average daily set of products and others).

Configuration "FIREPLACE: Public catering. Version 3.0" is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library and "by 1C: Libraries of the connected equipment".

The configuration is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for its work.
