In the spring of 2015 specialists of Soft-Unity implemented "1C: Trade Management" in the pharmaceutical trading company "TV-MED".

TV-MED LLC is engaged in retail in pharmaceutical goods. The company management needed to optimize work of the sales department consisting of two employees. The decision on software implementation which would allow to automate routine transactions, to simplify information input and to organize maintaining the general customer base was for this purpose made.

After consultation with specialists of Soft-Unity the Customer stopped the choice on the 1C: Trade Management software product which well proved in similar circumstances.

For the Client the most important functionality of the application solution became:

  • implementation of the concept of CRM which allows to bring relationship with the client to new level;
  • an opportunity to control sales process and rules by which it is performed;
  • an opportunity to set individual rules for certain clients and customer groups;
  • maintaining uniform customer base;
  • automatic execution of documentation and automation of routine transactions.

In the day which is in advance approved with the Client service engineers of Soft-Unity set a configuration on two workplaces of users in sales department, customized and tested a system then provided elementary education of staff of the company.

As a result of implementation "1C: Trade Management 8" was succeeded to organize maintaining the uniform customer base for all employees in the mode of simultaneous operation of several users. Thanks to the concept of CRM implemented in the program it was succeeded to build optimum sales process and to reduce labor costs.
