Surgutskiye rayonnye elektricheskiye seti Municipal Unitary Enterprise of the municipal entity the Surgut district performs the activity aimed at providing an uninterrupted supply of electricity for power supply companies and also timely accomplishment wide a range of emergency recovery operations. Core activities Name of Customer are:

• rendering services in transfer of electrical energy;
• operational and technology management;
• rendering services in technology connection of the power accepting devices (energy units) of legal entities and physical persons to the electric networks.

SRES Municipal Unitary Enterprise MO SR services about 28,000 personal accounts of individuals. In February, 2014 the decision on implementation of an automated system "Sales accounting of the electric power to individuals" based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform the "Sales Management and Purchases of the Electric Power" configuration was made. The contractor of the project selected PKF Best Soft LLC company - developer of a line of software products "by 1C: The power" which has high competences in automation of the companies of a complex of energy industry and has extensive experience of implementation of similar projects. At implementation of an automated system "Accounting and the analysis of sale of the electric power to individuals" are successfully implemented the following purposes:

• increase in technology and labor discipline of workers by standardization and standardization of the performed procedures;
• decrease in labor input and reduction of terms of processing of accounting information on residential consumers;
• increase in accuracy of the information;
• increase in level of automation of accounting works of service of Sale of electrical energy;
• operational formation of information for needs of management;
• increase in analyticity of accounting of a holiday of electrical energy to residential consumers;
• creation of an end-to-end system of sales management of the electric power of consumers – individuals.

During the project the following works were performed:

• Examination of activity of the enterprise is conducted, the technical specifications on completion and implementation of an information system are made;
• According to technical specifications completion of an automated system according to features of business processes of Surgutskiye rayonnye elektricheskiye seti Municipal Unitary Enterprise of the municipal entity the Surgut district is carried out, namely:
• * process of database maintenance of personal accounts of consumers of electrical energy is automated;
• * process of database maintenance of the metering devices operated by consumers is automated;
• * process of database maintenance of the all-house metering devices operated by consumers is automated;
• * implementation of automatic calculation of the actual holiday to residential consumers for individual needs;
• * implementation of automatic calculation of the actual holiday to residential consumers for all-house needs;
• * sale of mechanisms of control of the made charges on residential consumers;

Implementation of an automated system "Sales accounting of the electric power to individuals" allowed to solve the following problems:

• database maintenance of personal accounts of consumers of electrical energy;
• database maintenance of the metering devices operated by consumers;
• calculation of the actual holiday to residential consumers;
• formation of additional report forms.

The end-to-end system of sales management of the electric power to consumers – physical persons, functioning at the enterprise, allowing to keep on a centralized basis reference books, to use uniform regulations of works and algorithms of calculations that in turn provides operational formation of the summary production reporting became result of works. During the project 20 jobs were automated. A system is accepted in commercial operation since December, 2014.
