Department of GO and fire safety of Zabaykalsky Krai

Specialists NVision Group and Rostelecom designed the system of a call of the emergency operational services by uniform number "112" for Zabaykalsky Krai. The solution will allow to increase efficiency of police, ambulance and firefighters.

Engineers of NVision Siberia (The Novosibirsk branch "Nvision Group") and JSC Rostelecom developed technical solution which will provide communication with the uniform service on duty and dispatching (USDD) of Transbaikalia by number "112". The main point EDDS will be located in the building subordinated to Department of GO and fire safety of Zabaykalsky Krai in Chita, 34 call centers – in municipal entities of edge.

Managers will accept round the clock from the population of the message about incidents, to register them in the unified information system and to coordinate actions of emergency services. "System 112" has high resistance to loadings and provides prompt reply of the operator (no more than 8 seconds). Besides, the solution can be developed, expanding functionality, increasing performance and to start new services.

"System 112" will allow to use optimum resources and means of emergency services at response to calls in emergencies. Operators of a system will be able not only to accept messages about incidents, but also to render psychological assistance by the victim, to automatically determine the subscriber number and its location and also to call back at connection break", – the Head of Department of GO and fire safety of Zabaykalsky Krai Fedor Kurguzkin says.

"The solution is under construction based on a national cloud platform. Thanks to complex service O7.112 all emergency services of Zabaykalsky Krai will work by the principle of "one window" that will reduce time of reaction and will make work more effective", – the associate director of the Buryat branch of JSC "Rostelecom" Nikolay Shustov comments.
