"The oil electronic company" completed system implementation of management of design data

On June 3, 2015 management of design data of LOTSMAN:KB knew of implementation in NEK LLC of a system. The project is executed with assistance of the regional center ASCON-Kama^[1].

Project Tasks

Growth of order amount, need of optimization of engineering business processes, careful attitude to author's practices and understanding of importance of accumulation of experience caused need of "NEK" of search of the solution for high-quality breakthrough for design processes, accounting and storage of design documentation.

Exposure of "NEK", 2013

"the IT tool which we looked for had to promote the organization of work of specialists of design department in a common information space, to creation of full-fledged electronic archive of documentation — Pavel Popov, the chief designer of "NEK" noted. — Besides, it was important to us to provide using the software tool the maximum use of design data by production preparation". Such solution was found: in 2014 "NEK" with assistance of specialists of RTs ASCON-Kama started independent system implementation of management of design data of LOTSMAN:KB.

Project Results

Evgeny Gontsov, the CEO of "NEK", told: "Automation plays an important role in the organization of internal processes of the company. At the same time difficulties with mastering of IT tools at collective do not arise — the rate on youth works. Acquaintance to new software tools is interesting to young specialists in principle, besides their studying in practice leads to growth of professional qualification and expansion of competences. And all other employees behind youth are brought up automatically. Today LOTSMAN:KB is built in information environment of our enterprise. While we are at a stage of "acceleration", it requires certain resources. But, certainly, we expect to gain in the near future economic effect of implementation of LOTSMAN:KB which first of all will be connected with reducing costs for design preparation of production. We hope also for further effective cooperation with ASCON company which proved as the reliable strategic partner. Separately ASCON-Kama, individual approach to the solution of assigned tasks and their implementation in short terms would be desirable to note the high level of professionalism of specialists".
