Due to the development of retail business the Kliyentsky bank purchased the license for a subsystem Plastic cards at ProgramBank Ltd company.

The bank carried out market research of the systems of a back office for plastic cards and stopped the choice on a subsystem Plastic cards of IBS Gefest.

Project Progress

Specialists ProgramBank together with representatives of IT service of the customer booked audit of transactions of bank with plastic cards on the basis of which implementation of a subsystem Plastic cards of the integrated banking system Gefest is executed.

Implementation of a subsystem promotes the fullest automation of business processes on service of transactions with bank cards of individuals and corporate holders, work with salary projects, work with acquiring, exchange with processing, reporting.

Functionality of a subsystem covers maintaining agreements with banks sponsors, issue, operations with cards, formation of documents by settlings with individuals and partners, maintaining card programs, maintaining necessary reference books and qualifiers.
