Project Tasks:

• Formation of route sheets, order placement;
• Formation of waybills cargo and cars, the special equipment, automatic filling of the waybill with actual data on a run and development of the equipment and hinged equipment on the basis of these GLONASS/GPS;
• Calculation of consumption rates of fuel and lubricants and report generation;
• Accounting of different works of the CU: routine maintenance, repair work, establishment of the new equipment;
• Control of the termination of validity periods of medical certificates, policies of the CMTPL, coupons of TO, etc.;
• Salary accrual of drivers.

Project Steps:

• Software "1C:Enterprise 8. The center of satellite monitoring a GLONASS/GPS" it was successfully integrated with the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management PROF configuration, necessary reports are configured;
• Implementation of industry solution "1C: Motor Vehicle Management PROF" and adaptation under requirements of the customer;
• Cars of the customer were equipped with automobile GPS trackers;
• Personnel training for work with the program "1C:Enterprise 8 is made. Center of satellite monitoring GLONASS/GPS".

Project Effect:

• System implementation of satellite monitoring "1C:Enterprise 8. The center of satellite monitoring a GLONASS/GPS" allowed to control amount of completed work and are necessary to create reports on different indicators and to carry out job analysis of transport division in general;
• Implementation of industry solution "1C: Motor Vehicle Management PROF" allowed to perform filling of waybills, salary accrual;
• Automation of a management system for warehouse stocks, dispetchetization of cargo transportation, planning of a consumption of fuel and lubricants;
• Possibility of data transmission about the CU in different uniform information centers of general contractors;
• Reduction of time for search of necessary cars for execution of works in emergency situations, an opportunity is more rational to distribute time between employees.
