Time recording for 1C:Enterprise 8 (URV) - the solution for the organization of a time recording on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

On June 9, 2015 the Bolid company provided on the market of software for the organization of a time recording of employees on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

The program fixes attendance of employees, creates sheets and data for payroll calculation.

Developers stated:

Functions

• Automatic calculation of a worked time;
• Automatic formation of the sheet and data for payroll calculation;
• Control of attendance and deviations from the working schedule (delay, early goings, processings, etc.);
• Connection of remote branches;
• Control of physical access to the company territory (connection of tourniquets/doors for access restriction - only two zones are possible: "outside world" and "territory of an object");
• Photoverification (data mapping of the employee and his photo);
• Open program code (algorithms of calculation of working time and other fragments of the code are open that allows to develop the reports and to finish the available functionality under the needs);
• Independent operation (keys register in all controllers of access which are connected to redundant power sources and can work without electricity and contact with the computer, accumulating events of passes in the buffer);
• Record of codes of keys in access controllers from 1C (as keys ID cards of the MIFARE and EM-Marin standards are used);
• Display of a status of the connected access controllers.

Compatibility

• The product underwent certification on compatibility with the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and received the certificate of 1C: Compatible.
• Work is possible with versions 1C 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 under Windows OS.

Configurations are supported:

• Salary and personnel management (ZUP);
• Salary and budget institution staff (ZIK);
• Management of Manufacturing Enterprise (MME);
• other configurations with similar functionality of payroll.

Properties

• The user interface is implemented completely on the 1C Platform;
• The "Time Recording for 1C:Enterprise 8" software product is delivered as the independent software with the security key;
• Existence the automated workplace "Orion" or the automated workplace "Orion Missile Defence" is not required, joint work of the Orion and URV for 1C applications with the uniform hardware is impossible;
• There are features in the used hardware.

Features of the hardware

• Entering of codes of keys in 1C only via the reader Proxy-USB-MA (import of keys from "Orion the Missile defense" is also possible);
• Connection of controllers of access to the computer only on a local network via the transformer of the C2000-Ethernet interfaces;
• The version of firmware C2000-Ethernet should be 2.50 or above;
• As the controller of access C2000-2 is used;
• With the C2000-2 controller any readers of cards with the interfaces Touch Memory, Wiegand, ABA TRACK II can be used;
• Connection of C2000, C2000M panels is not allowed.
