On June 10, 2015 the Asteros group announced creation of IT infrastructure in Imeretinsky hotel complex.

The hotel complex "Imereti" (UK"GOST Hotel Management") ordered the project and implementation of IT infrastructure and security systems, "on a turn-key basis". Contractor group "Asteros".

Project Progress
The integrator created the project unrolled the infrastructure systems, implement business applications of support of specific business processes of a hotel complex, provided a territory security system. The company performed the main part of works in four months.
Infrastructure and centralized systems of an object, including a local computer network, telephone communication, a wireless network of data transmission provide with a basic set of services 3PLAY (telephone communication, TV, access to the Internet) hotel and several separate buildings.

Project Results
In hotel the powerful network Wi-fi on 47 high-speed access points and 215 additional, completely covering the building of hotel and the territory of a complex is unrolled. The system of telephone communication of Imeretinsky hotel is constructed on the platform of the equipment Avaya using the virtual PBX, with a capacity up to 2 thousand numbers. The structure of automatic telephone exchange is provided:
- additional hotel voice services for lodgers of hotel,
- information on the account status,
- including for telephone services,
- order of services in the short number,
- personal voice mail,
- answering machine,
- call recording at the request of the guest, etc.
The perimeter and objects of Imeretinsky hotel complex are integrated by the general security system as a part of which 24/7 video surveillance - is provided by 27 cameras of high definition, the systems of security and disturbing alarm. For differentiation of access rights of service staff on groups, time and other parameters in hotel the control and management system for access integrated with a hotel castle system is implemented.
