JSC Bank PSKB implemented the system of personnel development eLearning Server 4G

June 09, 2015. JSC Bank PSKB announced system implementation of personnel development of ELearning Server 4G for ensuring the uniform quality standards of training and personel assessment, using HyperMethod company Lenvea.

Goals and Objectives

Control automation by training of employees in a binding to their competences was a key project task. The system of personnel development eLearning Server 4G was selected as the most full meeting the requirements of Bank to functionality and convenience of the interface.

Result

Within implementation the following business processes are automated:

• Planning and holding sessions of personel assessment.
• Requirement analysis in training.
• Planning and accounting of resident instruction of employees.
• Carrying out e-learning and testing.

As a result of implementation of eLearning Server 4G assessment procedure of personnel became significantly more effective: a system itself reminds employees of certification stages, aggregates results and makes recommendations about further employee development.

In the system of e-learning electronic directions rates are placed:

• Products and services of Bank.
• Technical support of remote banking.
• Work with the bank equipment.
